WE PUT THE “FUN” IN FUNDRAISERS!

Does your school, youth group, sports teams or non-profit organizations need help raising money?
We offer great packages to schools and organizations. Year round, your group can come in and have fun while earning money for your cause. And best of all, we can accommodate all size groups. There are many reasons groups need to have fundraisers. They may include:

  • Raise money for students to go on a special class trip.
  • Make extra-curricular activities and sports available to our youth.
  • Subsidize team uniforms and equipment that would normally come out of parent’s pockets.
  • Provide comfort and hospice care to those with cancer, diabetes, and lung, heart disease and other illnesses.

These are just a few examples of what fundraising campaigns go towards helping. And we can make your fundraiser fun!

Here are the details:
Fundraising has never been more fun! We will help you design the best fundraiser for you. Whichever option you choose, we will help you raise money for your organization and you will have a blast while you’re doing it!
Please note: Our fundraisers are planned during our regular business hours. Your participants will be doing attractions with the general public We charge you a set amount and you charge your guests the amount you want to. We have seem some fundraisers charge $20.00pp for option 1 and make 11.00 profit pp.

Option # 1: Hilltop Fun Package

Includes 2 hours of attractions (attractions include: unlimited Laser Tag, Mini-Golf & 2 Go-Karts tracks). Cost is $10.00pp. (25 person minimum required). Additional hours are $2.00 each pp

Option # 2: Hilltop Tag-A-Thon

Includes 2 hours of laser tag. This is a laser tag only package. You can join in games every 1/2 hour. Games will be played with public participants. Cost is $10.00pp (25 person minimum required).

Option # 3: Hilltop Funcenter Gift Cards Discounts

Gift Cards – Minimum order is $250.00
$250-$499 = 15% savings (example: order 25 $10.00 cards, pay only $212.50)
$500 and up = 25% savings (example: order 20 $25.00 cards, pay only $375.00)
Cards can be loaded as $5.00, $10.00 or $25.00 and can be mixed and matched

Option # 4: Hilltop Funcenter Superpass Discounts

Purchase at least $1000 worth of Superpasses at a discounted rate of 25% off regular rates. You can then sell them for whatever price you would like to. We provide you with cards valid for the Superpasses. Then they
can then be redeemed anytime Superpasses are sold so you can continually have a fundraiser going on!!!

These packages are for fundraising only. Proof of the fundraiser must be provided. Other restrictions may apply. Must be booked with a HFC Manager. $100 deposit is required to book your fundraiser.
