  • An event coordinator will reach out to you to review specifics and final details once we receive your booking request.
  • Event Space: Your event begins with your own private and reserved area.
  • We have covered outdoor seating (with sides) for up to 140 guests (spring/summer/fall events) with electric and lighting
  • Inside seating for winter events

We provide food service for the first two hours. Beverage service ends 45 minutes prior to the end of your event. With multiple menu options, we tailor the event to suit your needs. If you don’t see what your looking for, just ask.

This option is great for daytime events or team building events.
Begin with either a Garden or Caesar Salad. Then we have an assortment of sandwiches to include:

House Roasted Turkey, Bacon, Mayo, Lettuce & Tomatoes
Lean Roast Beef, House-made Garlic Horseradish Dill Cream, Lettuce & Tomatoes

  • We love celebrating and nothing shouts celebrations like our Lobstahpalooza! A catered lobster-bake is the perfect way to celebrate our awesome New England summers. We craft an atmosphere and experience that create memories that last a lifetime. We prepare and serve up the finest lobster-bake and clam bake ever! We go old school, layers of seaweed, clams, lobster, potatoes, onions, corn on the cob and the egg timer.

 Salad Options: $3.95pp
available with options 5 & up and included with option 4

Dessert Options: $3.50pp (available with options 5 & up)

Beverage Package  option  (available with options 3 & up)

You have TWO choices, you can either let your guests purchase from us individually at menu prices (Cash Bar)
OR select our Discounted Beverage Package.

 Includes Waters, Fountain Sodas, Draft Beers, Ciders, Seltzers and even a selection of cocktails such as Mudslides/Daiquiris/Margaritas & others.

Prices with this option are $1.50pp for 16 oz fountain sodas or Bottled Water. Tap water no charge.  $5ea for Beers/Ciders & Seltzers and $7ea for cocktails. We will provide you with drink tickets that you hand to your guests (Limit of 3 pp). We will run a tab for your group/company, and you’ll pay at the end of your event. Available with Menu options 3 and up.

We offer Pepsi Products, a great selection of Draft (up to 8) & Canned beers (domestic, imported and craft), Ciders and Seltzers and even a selection of cocktails such as Long Island Iced Tea, Mudslides, Margaritas, Rum Punch, Vodka Lemonade and more!!

For Menus 3 & up,  18% Service Fee, 15% Gratuity and 8.5% NH Meals & Beverage Tax. (For food & beverage only)
A 50% deposit is also required.

Catered Event FAQ’s

  1. We can change the price of attractions and arcade if the amount of guests change from what you reserved, your rate may or may not change. Current rates are:
    3 hr package
    up to 25 guests = flat rate of $495.00
    26-74 guests = $18.00pp
    75 and up = $17.00pp
    Additional Hours:
    up to 25 guests = flat rate of $125.00
    26 to 74 guests = $6.00pp
    75 and up = $5.00pp
    With this package, two our of our 4 go kart tracks are included. We pick the best two tracks based on the heights of the guests. If there are other groups at the same time or if we have additional staff, you may be able to use additional tracks. Do not expect this however, it is at the discretion of HFC Management.
  2. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:  a 50% deposit is required at booking. We will contact you one week prior to the event to confirm final guest count. Once this is confirmed, you are responsible for the food portion for that amount. You must provide a minimum of 7 days notice to cancel or reschedule, otherwise, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. We will reach out to you the day before IF the weather looks questionable. If it is deemed the event needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, the deposit WILL be refunded, but only due to weather.
  3. Methods of payment for groups are cash, credit (V,MC & Disc & Amex) or business check.
  4. *Any outside attractions is subject to closure at any time due to severe inclement weather and will reopen when safe to do so. No considerations for weather issues.
  5. Prices/Times/Policies subject to change without notice
  6. Food: Will be served at your arrival time and any hot dishes will be kept warm for 2 hours.  You may choose to arrive an hour earlier than your attractions begin for food service to begin
  7. Beverage: Alcohol Service ends 45 minutes prior to end time
  8. Due to the current environment in the food industries, any menu price subject to change without notice
  9. If you selected Cash Bar, it is CASH only, this is to keep the lines moving as quick as possible.
